The Brief
LM Studio specialises in luxury lab diamond jewellery, with engagement rings at the centre of its offering. Its website needed to communicate the quality of the collection while supporting a purchase that can involve careful comparison and personal advice.
Our brief was to create a Shopify store with clear ways to explore different cuts, collections and available pieces. Customers also needed access to specifications, sizing, pricing and delivery information, with an easy next step when they wanted guidance before choosing a ring.
Our Approach
We built the store around a minimal visual direction that gave the jewellery space to stand out. The product catalog was organised to accommodate different starting points, including a preferred cut, a particular collection or an interest in pieces available now.
On product pages, we brought specifications, sizing, price and delivery details into a clear hierarchy. Keeping these details easy to locate supported comparison across the range and helped customers understand the practical considerations alongside the appearance of each piece.
We integrated consultation booking into the shopping journey, making expert guidance an accessible part of the experience. Customers could move from browsing to a conversation without having to work out a separate route through the website.
Supporting app integrations and newsletter registration with automated emails completed the build. We also focused on mobile usability and responsive layouts, so the presentation of the jewellery and the route to consultation remained clear across screen sizes as customers explored their options.
The Outcome
We delivered a Shopify store that pairs a refined jewellery presentation with the detail and access to advice that engagement ring purchases demand. Visitors can explore the collection independently or arrange a consultation when they need a more personal conversation.
