World of Wood

World of Wood combines premium Italian furniture with bespoke interior services. Its website needed to reflect both sides of the business, allowing customers to shop the range and explore support for projects with more individual requirements.

Our brief was to move the store from WooCommerce to Shopify and rebuild its structure around clear product discovery and service enquiries. The business also needed a practical handover, so its team could maintain the product catalog, collections and content after launch.

We migrated the catalog to Shopify and reorganised the storefront around rooms and product categories. This gave furniture shoppers familiar ways to explore the range and provided a clear structure for presenting collections across the website.

Alongside the retail journey, we created dedicated routes for interior design support, custom orders and reupholstery. Each service needed to be visible as part of the wider offering, with a straightforward way for customers to enquire when their requirements called for a conversation. Bringing these routes into the site structure helped connect product browsing with the business's more personal services.

We integrated the supporting apps and set up newsletter registration with automated emails, adding the tools needed for customer communication around the store. The build also addressed mobile usability and loading performance across the shopping and service experience.

After launch, we trained the World of Wood team to manage products, collections and content. This made ongoing administration part of the delivery, giving the business a clear process for keeping its new website current.

World of Wood's Shopify store presents furniture retail and bespoke services within a coherent customer journey. Visitors can browse by room or category, then enquire about the support they need for a more individual project.
