Christine O'Sullivan offers bridal services and professional training, with two distinct audiences to serve through one website. Prospective bridal clients needed a clear route to explore services and enquire, while learners needed a structured way to access paid education.

Our brief was to create a premium Shopify website that gave both audiences an appropriate journey. Alongside the public service pages, the project required an online academy and a flexible structure for adding further services and learning modules.

We organised the website around the two core purposes from the start. Clear navigation helped visitors identify the relevant area, with service information and enquiry routes for bridal clients and a separate journey into professional training.

We implemented the online academy to support paid courses with secure access. Progress tracking and completion certificates gave the learning experience a defined structure, allowing the website to support students beyond the initial purchase and through their course activity.

We built templates for services and learning modules so the business could extend both areas consistently. This approach kept future content updates connected to the original structure, giving new offerings an established place within the website and maintaining clear routes for the people using it.

Supporting app integrations and newsletter flows completed the setup. We also focused on responsive layouts, loading performance and SEO foundations across the build, so the public service offering and the academy could sit within a coherent website that was straightforward to navigate on different devices.
